FREE PUBLIC TASTING
The public tasting of chili is a chance for anyone interested to taste chilies cooked by the contestants. Each contestant is required to make 2 or more gallons of chili to share with the crowd. After paying for admission all you need to do is get a free chili tasting cup from various locations throughout the festival grounds between 3 and 4:30 PM. You will then be allowed to sample as many chilies as your heartburn can handle!
